Family Law Associate - 4+ PQE
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000
We are working with a well-established law firm who are seeking an experienced Associate to join their Family team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded family team known for handling HNW financial remedy and private law children matters, with genuine scope to develop your own long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling all aspects of family law including divorce and dissolution and the separation of cohabiting partners.
- Resolving financial issues between cohabiting partners and divorcing spouses.
- Advising on matters relating to children impacted by divorce or separation, including relocation cases, choice of schools, medical intervention, and contact arrangements.
- Drafting premarital and prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and separation and post nuptial agreements.
- Advising on issues with former spouses and family members, including non-molestation orders, occupation orders, and asset freezing injunctions.
- Working closely with other team members while building your own practice.

- 4+ PQE however, we encourage candidates outside of this range to apply
- Strong experience across divorce, financial remedy, and private law children work.
- Confident handling HNW matters and comfortable working with a broad range of family law issues.
- A team player with ambition to develop a long-term career within a leading family practice.
