Position: Family Law Attorney
Type: Contract
Compensation: $140 - $400/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents for AI training purposes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise written summaries and case notes.
- Draft, review, and annotate legal documents relating to family law.
- Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files.
- Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.

Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in family law through practice at a leading BigLaw firm.
- Strong background in legal research, writing, and case analysis specific to family law matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain nuanced legal concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to review, summarize, and critique complex legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration, digital project management tools, and adaptability to new technologies.
