Client Details
A professional services organisation based in Edinburgh.
Description
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
- Maintain and update client files and case records accurately.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are directed appropriately.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Organise and manage document filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Liaise with clients and external parties in a professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the family law team.

Profile
A successful Family Law Legal Secretary should have:
- Previous experience in a legal secretary or administrative role within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- A professional and approachable demeanour when dealing with clients and colleagues.
