Role: Family Law Solicitor

Salary: £34,000–£48,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Location: Hybrid working – Manchester City Centre, Bristol, Stratford-upon-Avon or Sheffield

We’re looking for newly qualified and Associate-level Family Law Solicitors to join a growing, high-performing Family team within a national legal services organisation.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters from start to finish, supported by modern systems, administrative assistance, and a collaborative team culture. There’s no need to bring a following—new work is provided.

This team continues to expand rapidly, offering strong career development, future progression opportunities, and the chance to influence the department’s direction as it grows.

Why this role matters

You’ll help guide clients through some of the most important and challenging moments in their lives. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll share knowledge, support one another, and ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout their case.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
