About us
Rooney Family Law is one of Scotland's largest specialist family law firms. We act only for privately paying clients, with no legal aid. Our head office is in Hamilton and we have offices across the central belt.
The role
We are looking for family law solicitors with at least three years' post-qualification experience in Scotland to run their own caseload of high-quality private work: divorce and financial provision, cohabitation, relocation, adoption, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

What we are looking for
- Scottish qualified, with at least three years' PQE in family law
- Experience running your own files, including sheriff court work and negotiating financial settlements
- Someone who wants high-quality work in a supportive specialist team
