Family Law Solicitor (Private Family) - Clacton-on-Sea
Kew Law is seeking an ambitious and compassionate Family Law Solicitor to join our growing team in Clacton-on-Sea.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys a broad range of privately funded family work, with a particular interest in children matters. You will work closely with an established team and benefit from a strong flow of quality instructions across the region.

Job Description
The Role
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Cohabitation and property disputes
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Private children matters, including child arrangements, relocation and specific issue applications
- General family law advice and representation

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest in developing a specialist practice in children law alongside a broader family caseload.
About You
You will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with family law experience
- Have experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
- Be confident attending court and conducting advocacy where appropriate
- Have a proactive and team-focused approach
