WE’RE HIRING: QUALIFIED & EXPERIENCED FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR
Abraham Baron Solicitors is seeking a qualified and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our growing team.
We are looking for a confident, capable solicitor with strong family law experience who can manage their own caseload and represent clients effectively both in and out of court.
Essential Requirements
You must hold at least one of the following current accreditations:
- Current membership of The Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation
- The Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Accreditation
- Current membership of The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation
- Current Part 1 (Core Assignment) of the Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme
- Current Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme
Experience conducting and attending court hearings is essential. We are particularly interested in solicitors who are confident representing clients at hearings and have strong advocacy and case-management skills.

The Role
You will manage a varied family law caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial arrangements
- Private children matters
- Child arrangement disputes
- Domestic abuse and protective orders
- Court proceedings and hearings
- Cohabitation and related family matters
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified solicitor with solid family law experience
- Holds one of the specified accreditations above
- Has practical experience attending and conducting court hearings
- Is confident representing clients in court
- Can manage their own caseload independently
- Has excellent communication, advocacy and client-care skills
- Has a strong knowledge of family law procedure and legislation
- Is professional, proactive and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
