Role Summary:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor at around 4 PQE to join a highly regarded specialist Family Law team.
You’ll manage your own caseload of privately funded matters, advising clients through often complex and sensitive family circumstances. The role offers broad exposure to private Family Law, excellent client contact and the opportunity to develop your career within a practice where Family Law is the core specialist focus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Private Family Work: Manage a varied caseload of privately funded Family Law matters, including divorce, separation, finances and private children work.
- Financial Matters: Advise clients on financial settlements and complex financial arrangements arising from relationship breakdown.
- Children Matters: Handle private children cases, including child arrangements and parental responsibility.
- Cohabitation: Advise on cohabitation disputes and agreements.
- Pre & Post-Nuptial Agreements: Draft and advise on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Complex Matters: Work on complex and high-value cases where appropriate, including international family and high-net-worth divorce matters.
- Client Care: Build trusted relationships through clear, compassionate and commercially sensible advice.
- Business Development: Contribute to the continued growth and development of the team.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 4 years’ PQE in Family Law.
- Strong experience handling privately funded family matters.
- Good technical knowledge across divorce, financial remedy and/or private children work.
- Excellent communication, drafting and client-care skills.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
- A pragmatic and empathetic approach to client relationships.
- Commercially aware and keen to develop your career within a specialist Family Law practice.
- Resolution membership or experience working within a resolution-focused environment would be advantageous.
