Exciting Opportunity in Family Law
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Family Law team. The firm is open to applications from candidates across the UK and, for experienced practitioners, there may be the opportunity to establish and develop a new office location in their region with the support of an established and successful practice.

Full or part-time positions are considered. Flexible working opportunities and remote possibilities may be considered depending on experience.
Role Responsibilities
Depending on experience, the successful candidate will manage or assist with a varied private family law caseload, which may include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings and negotiations
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA)
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Separation agreements and protective injunctions

The role may also involve:
- Taking instructions from new and existing clients
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially proportionate advice
- Drafting correspondence, statements, applications, and agreements
- Conducting negotiations with solicitors and litigants in person
- Attending client meetings, conferences, and court hearings where appropriate
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
- Supervising and developing junior colleagues, where sufficiently experienced
- Attending networking events and developing professional relationships
- Supporting marketing and business-development initiatives
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Doncaster office and Family Law Department
