An established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family & Divorce Associate to join its highly respected Family team in Marlow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 5+ PQE Family Lawyer looking to join a successful team with an established reputation for handling complex and high-quality family matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle your own caseload while working closely with senior members of the team, dealing with a broad range of Family Law matters.
- The team has particular expertise in high-net-worth financial remedy and private law children matters, alongside a wide range of other family work.

Your Caseload May Include:
- Divorce and dissolution
- Financial remedy matters
- Cohabitation and separation matters
- Private children matters
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation agreements
- Non-molestation and occupation orders
- Injunctions and asset protection matters
- Relocation and specific issue applications
- Other complex family and matrimonial matters
Requirements
- Strong Family Law experience
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Excellent client care skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with financial management, billing and time recording
- Commercial awareness and a willingness to contribute to business development
- The ability to build and maintain strong professional networks
- A collaborative approach to working within a successful team

Preferred Experience
- Experience of HNW financial remedy and/or private children work would be particularly attractive.
