Family Lawyer – Chichester | 3+ PQE
Lex Exec is working with one of the South Coast’s most respected and fastest-growing specialist family law firms to recruit a Family Lawyer into its Chichester team.
The firm has built an excellent reputation for high-quality family work and a modern, constructive approach to resolving disputes.
The role offers a varied caseload alongside a strong focus on out-of-court dispute resolution, including mediation and collaborative law. Collaborative Law training would be welcomed, although training can be provided for the right lawyer.

We are looking for:
- Ideally 3+ years PQE in family law
- Experience running a varied family caseload
- Strong client-handling skills
- A genuine interest in constructive dispute resolution
- Someone keen to contribute to the continued growth of the practice
