Family Solicitor
- Our client is an established law firm with a strong reputation for providing high quality legal advice and a professional service. With offices across the Southeast, they offer a broad range of legal services to both individuals and businesses. They are now looking for a Family Lawyer with a solid background in legal aid family matters.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will be stepping into an established caseload of legal aid finance and children matters. You will therefore need to have at least 2 years relevant experience and ideally Panel membership.
- The caseload includes relationship breakdown, financial disputes, child arrangements, domestic abuse, and pre and post-nuptial agreements.
- Experience of Legal Aid work is essential, while knowledge of Public Law Children matters or advocacy experience would be an advantage.
