Family Liaison Officer
Join Jessie May as our Family Liaison Officer and play a vital role in supporting families through our evolving care services. Working collaboratively with the Team Around the Family and Care Team, you'll ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
This role is perfect for an experienced professional from health, social care, or family support, with a strong track record in managing complex caseloads, navigating health systems, and providing clear, empathetic and solutions-focused guidance.
- Build relationships with families, ensuring smooth transitions across Jessie May services.
- Help families access the support they need, whether from Jessie May or external networks.
- Collaborate with care teams and funders to enhance family support.
- Represent Jessie May at events, championing the voice of families.
