Cadarn Capital partners with select leading active fund managers and specialist, best-in-class strategies designed to fully leverage their fund structures in pursuit of their investment objectives. This includes funds managed by investment managers including CVC Credit Partners, EQT, ICG, Hg, Pershing Square Capital Management and RTW Investments.
Role Description
The Family Office Director is a full-time, on-site role based in the London, United Kingdom. The role is responsible for building, managing, and deepening relationships with family offices and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) investors, serving as their primary point of contact for fund opportunities represented by Cadarn Capital. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing a distribution strategy for UK & European family office channels, presenting fund solutions, coordinating due diligence processes, and overseeing onboarding and ongoing client service. The Director will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partner fund managers, ensuring smooth information flow, accurate reporting, and alignment with regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring market trends relevant to family offices, contributing to investor communication materials, and maintaining a disciplined pipeline and activity tracking within CRM and reporting tools.

- Strong experience in relationship management, with a focus on family offices, UHNW individuals, and professional investors.
- Solid understanding of investment funds, capital markets, and fund distribution across UK and European jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in investor relations activities, including pipeline management, client reporting, and coordination of due diligence requests.
- Ability to interpret and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, BaFin) and internal compliance policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking, analysis, and presentations.
- Prior experience in asset management, fund distribution, private banking, or a similar environment is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are an advantage.
