Family Office Internship

Location: Flexible
Duration: 3–6 Months with possible extension

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Family Office Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for individuals who are studying Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, or those looking to build a long-term career in the financial services industry.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a boutique family office, working directly alongside the Chairman and experienced Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of wealth management, investment operations, private banking, and client relationship management in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise daily with the Chairman and Relationship Managers.
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and communications.
  • Support investment, operational, and administrative projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain confidential records with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Provide general support across the family office as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, someone with a genuine passion for financial markets, wealth management, or private banking who is looking to build a career in finance.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
