Are you an experienced Family Paralegal that is looking for your next role? Is progression limited? I have a role that will suit an ambitious individual.

AJ Chambers are recruiting a Family Paralegal for a Boutique Law Firm in the City of London.

The Role

  • Assist the Fee Earners with family law cases.
  • Draft correspondence to clients via letters and emails.
  • Update clients on the status of their cases.
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, precedents, and case details.
  • Create court applications and legal aid applications.
  • Meet with clients, understand their needs and take instructions.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties, professionals and the other side.
  • Attend hearings with the Solicitor.
  • Draft witness statements, consent orders, form Es and briefs to counsel.
  • Prepare court bundles.

  • 1 year + experience working as a Paralegal within Family law at a Law Firm
  • Law degree completed heavily desired
  • Ability to manage a fast paced and busy environment

You must have previous experience as a Family Paralegal to be considered.
