Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for the opportunity to shape and lead a growing regional practice? This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning firm where you can play a key role in expanding the Family Law offering across Swansea while building a high-performing team.

You'll be joining a forward-thinking and client-focused firm with ambitious growth plans. Working closely with the Head of Department and senior leadership team, you'll lead the strategic development of the Family Department, drive business growth, and establish a strong presence across South Wales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the strategic growth and development of the Family Department across Swansea
  • Managing a varied caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children matters, and cohabitation disputes
  • Developing and implementing regional business development initiatives to increase market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional introducers, and local stakeholders
  • Acting as an ambassador for the firm through networking, events, and referral opportunities

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in Family Law
  • Strong experience handling complex and high-value family law matters
  • Proven track record of winning new business and developing referral relationships
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to business growth
