Requirements:
- You’re likely a Senior Lawyer, Senior Solicitor, Senior Associate who’s frustrated because you’re ready for Partnership, or an existing Partner who’s looking for greater reward, progression or the opportunity to build something of your own.
- You’ll be commercially minded and able to spot opportunities to improve client service and grow your practice.
- You’ll be comfortable leading a range of complex finance and children cases.
- You’re ambitious, want to reach your potential and continue to progress your career whilst practising family law.
- You’ll be confident converting new clients and building strong relationships.
- You understand the need for empathy and sensitivity for clients going through an incredibly difficult period.

- Salary £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)
