Opportunity for a Family Senior or Managing Associate to join a Tier 1 Media & Entertainment firm in London.

The Opportunity
The firm's highly regarded Family team advises a diverse client base on complex private Family matters, including high-value financial and children work.

The team is now looking to hire a Family Senior or Managing Associate to manage a sophisticated caseload with a high degree of autonomy and take responsibility for matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
The new Family Senior or Managing Associate will have significant client contact and responsibility, alongside the opportunity to support junior lawyers, contribute to business development and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
This will include:
- Managing a varied and complex caseload of private Family matters
- Advising on divorce and complex financial claims
- Advising on nuptial agreements
- Advising on financial provision for children
- Handling domestic and international private children matters
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Conducting negotiations and supporting clients through dispute resolution and court proceedings

Required
- Qualified solicitor with 6 to 8 years' experience in private Family law
- Proven ability to manage a complex caseload independently
- Excellent technical knowledge across private Family matters
- Experience dealing directly with clients and managing sensitive matters
- Strong negotiation, communication and advocacy skills
