An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a highly regarded, market-leading Divorce and Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters for HNW and UHNW clients, with a strong focus on financial remedy, international family law and relationship breakdown. The successful candidate will join a large, specialist family practice and play an important role in its continued growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of complex, high-value financial remedy and divorce matters.
  • Advise HNW and UHNW clients on domestic and international family law issues.
  • Handle jurisdictional disputes, cross-border matters and private children issues arising from financial proceedings.
  • Advise on cohabitation disputes and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers while contributing to business development and the wider growth of the team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ PQE with strong experience in family law.
  • Proven experience handling complex financial remedy matters.
  • Experience acting for HNW and UHNW clients on high-value cases.
  • Exposure to international and cross-border family law matters.
  • Strong client management, communication and business development skills.
