My client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their busy Family team in Norwich, Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and growing law firm, managing a varied family law caseload while benefiting from flexible hybrid working and genuine career progression.
You will be responsible for managing your own family law caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation and relationship breakdown
- Child arrangements and residence disputes
- Domestic abuse and protective injunctions
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Representing clients in negotiations, hearings and court proceedings where required
- Liaising with clients, barristers, Cafcass, experts and other professionals
- Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
- Supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client service

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law
- Previous experience managing a family law caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedure
- Experience across divorce, financial matters and/or private children work
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
- Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
