London – Hybrid Working

Work Alongside the Head of Family - Legal 500 Ranked Team

Salary: £65,000 – £85,000

Are you a Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked team while working directly alongside an experienced Head of Family?

We are working with a well-established London firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Family department and is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a close-knit team, working closely with the Head of Family on a broad range of complex, high-value matters while playing an integral role in the department's continued success.

The team has an outstanding reputation for advising high-net-worth and high-profile individuals on sophisticated private family matters. Recognised for the quality of its work and supportive culture, this role offers exceptional mentoring, genuine responsibility, and the opportunity to develop your profile within a thriving practice.

You will advise on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Complex divorce and separation proceedings
  • High-value financial remedy disputes involving business assets, trusts, and pensions
  • Private children matters, including child arrangements, relocation, and international issues
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Domestic and cross-border family law matters

Working alongside the Head of Family, you will enjoy significant client exposure, involvement in strategic and high-profile cases, and the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while benefiting from close collaboration and mentorship. About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE
  • Strong background in private family law
  • Experience handling complex financial remedy and private children matters
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  • Keen to work closely with an experienced Head of Family while building your own practice and making a genuine impact
