Family Solicitor | Torquay | Hybrid Working
Established multi-office firm | Legal 500-recognised Family Team | 4+ PQE
Salary up to £60k (DOE)
An established and highly regarded Devon-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing Private Family team in Torquay.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Family Lawyer to join a successful and well-established department, with the opportunity to take responsibility for a high-quality caseload, work on complex matrimonial finance matters and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of private family matters, with a particular emphasis on matrimonial finance, alongside broader private family work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of high-quality private family matters
- Handling complex matrimonial finance cases, including high-value and multi-asset matters
- Advising clients on divorce and separation matters
- Handling cohabitation issues and private children matters
- Advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
