The Role

Join a thriving law firm located in Bradford seeking to welcome an ambitious Family Solicitor to its team.

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, prenuptial agreements, and various other family law affairs.
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients.
  • Work alongside experienced practitioners.
  • Undertake both privately funded and legally aided work.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience coupled with a history of managing an independent family law caseload.

  • A strong technical knowledge of a broad range of family matters.
  • Excellent client care/communication skills.
  • Experience of undertaking legally aided family work and a sound understanding of Legal Aid procedures would be advantageous.
  • Organised, empathetic, and committed to delivering clear, practical advice tailored to each client's personal circumstances.
