🚨 Family Solicitor | Merseyside | £70,000–£100,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for a senior opportunity within an established and supportive family law team? This could be an excellent next step.
We’re looking for a confident family lawyer with strong Legal Aid experience, particularly across public law children, care proceedings, and child protection matters.
⚖️ The Opportunity
You’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload, representing clients through complex family law matters and providing high-quality legal advice and advocacy. Your role will include:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters
- Handling public law children and care proceedings
- Representing clients at court and conducting advocacy
- Advising vulnerable clients and providing excellent client care
- Managing cases from instruction through to conclusion
- Working within Legal Aid requirements and procedures
- Supporting private family matters where required
- Contributing to the continued development of the family department

👤 We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with significant family law experience
- Strong public law children / care proceedings experience
- Solid Legal Aid experience
- Good advocacy and court experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of family law
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
Relevant accreditation such as Law Society Family Law Accreditation, Children Panel Accreditation, or Resolution Specialist Accreditation would be highly desirable.
