Are you an ambitious Family Solicitor looking to join a growing specialist practice where you can play a key role in its future success?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded niche family law firm with an excellent reputation and exciting growth plans. The Opportunity

As part of a close-knit and collaborative team, you will assist the Partners with a broad range of family law matters while taking responsibility for your own caseload from the outset.

The work will include:

  • Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
  • Financial remedy matters, including High Net Worth cases
  • Pre and post-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation disputes and TOLATA matters
  • Private children matters
  • Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR)

This role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to become an integral part of the firm's continued growth. There is a clear expectation that you will build relationships, develop connections within the local market, and gradually expand your own caseload.

Why Join?

This is far more than a fee-earning role. It is an opportunity to invest in a growing and ambitious business where your contribution will be recognised and valued.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
