Family Solicitor 3+ PQE Monmouthshire Competitive Salary + Hybrid Working
Overview
A well-established and progressive law firm in Monmouthshire is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused lawyer looking to handle high-quality family work within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have experience advising on a broad range of family matters, including complex and high-value matrimonial finance and cohabitation disputes, with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
The Successful Candidate Will
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and cohabitation disputes.
- Advise clients on complex and high-value family law issues.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Deliver practical, commercially aware, and empathetic legal advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Family Law.
- Strong experience handling matrimonial finance and cohabitation matters.
- Confident advocate with experience representing clients in court.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and prioritize competing demands.
- Professional, personable, and client-focused approach.
- Strong team-working skills and a collaborative mindset.
