Build your career at a growing and ambitious law firm in London and gain exposure to a mix of family law matters.
A well-established, Chambers and Legal 500-ranked law firm are seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join their growing London Family team at an exciting stage of the practice's development.
You’ll get a combination of being in a close-knit team with lots of hands-on experience, with the backing and support of a well-established firm behind you.
The Role
You will run your own caseload while working closely with the Partner and Head of the London Family team, alongside a paralegal and a trainee. The work spans a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children proceedings
- Cohabitation disputes
- Family Law Act proceedings

The team does not undertake any legal aid work.
Business development is an important part of the role as the team continues to grow. You will have the opportunity to build your profile through networking events, content writing, and developing referral relationships with barristers and local firms — playing an active role in shaping the future of the team.
About the Team
The London office is newly established and already home to around 15 fee-earners across family and other departments. The team is ranked in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 and is known for combining technical excellence with a genuinely compassionate, straight-talking approach to clients.

What you’ll need
- 1-3 PQE Family Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience gained in family law.
