Family Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Greenwich
A well-established and highly regarded private practice is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its growing Family Department.
Based in Greenwich, this is an excellent opportunity for a confident family lawyer to manage a varied caseload of private family matters while contributing to the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and dissolution proceedings
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children matters
- Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders
- Cohabitation disputes and separation agreements
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Negotiations, mediation, and settlement discussions
- Advocacy and court work where appropriate

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified Solicitor of England and Wales with 3+ PQE
- Experienced across private family law
- Technically confident in divorce, financial remedy, private children, and domestic abuse matters
- An excellent communicator, negotiator, and legal drafter
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware and proactive
- Confident managing their own caseload
- Committed to providing an excellent client service

Experience in business development and supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous.
