Family Solicitor - 5-8 PQE | Winchester
Location: Winchester
Department: Family
Experience: 5-8 PQE
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working: Hybrid
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- High-value and complex financial remedy matters
- Matters involving trusts, business assets, pensions and overseas assets
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Private children matters
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Family Solicitor with 5-8 years' PQE
- Have strong technical experience across private family law
- Have experience handling complex financial matters and/or private children work
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be confident managing your own caseload and working with a high degree of autonomy
- Have strong organisational and time-management skills
- Be commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Be willing to support and develop more junior members of the team
- Take a proactive and collaborative approach to their work
