Family Solicitor - 5-8 PQE | Winchester

Location: Winchester
Department: Family
Experience: 5-8 PQE
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working: Hybrid

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of private family matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • High-value and complex financial remedy matters
  • Matters involving trusts, business assets, pensions and overseas assets
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Private children matters

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Family Solicitor with 5-8 years' PQE
  • Have strong technical experience across private family law
  • Have experience handling complex financial matters and/or private children work
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Be confident managing your own caseload and working with a high degree of autonomy
  • Have strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Be commercially minded with an interest in business development
  • Be willing to support and develop more junior members of the team
  • Take a proactive and collaborative approach to their work
