Family Solicitor | Bolton | Hybrid | Up to £55,000
Are you an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) looking for your next career move? We're working with a growing legal practice in Bolton that is looking to appoint a talented family lawyer to join its expanding department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years' PQE who has strong private family experience, particularly in divorce and financial remedy. More experienced candidates are also welcome to apply.
The Role
You'll manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters, providing high-quality legal advice while building strong, lasting client relationships. Your caseload will include:

- Divorce and matrimonial matters
- Financial remedy and financial settlements

- Private family law matters
- Court hearings and advocacy
- Negotiations and client representation
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the family department.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from qualified:
- Family Solicitors
- Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX)
You'll ideally have:
- ✅ 3–5 years' PQE in family law
- ✅ Strong private divorce experience
- ✅ Experience handling financial remedy/settlement matters
- ✅ Experience with child arrangement orders
- ✅ Confident advocacy skills
- ✅ Excellent communication and client care
- ✅ The ability to independently manage your own caseload
