About The Role
This full-time Family Solicitor position in Tyne And Wear offers a salary of £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of family matters, advising clients and delivering clear, practical and sensitive legal guidance. Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least two years' post-qualification experience and a proven ability to manage their own files. Strong technical knowledge across family law, excellent client care and communication skills are essential. The role provides scope to work with a diverse client base and develop professionally within an established and respected team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of family matters, advising clients throughout their cases and providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice. The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, take responsibility for your own caseload and develop your career within a supportive and professional environment.

Skills Required
Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE and solid experience handling their own caseload. You will have:
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of family matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision
You will also be:
- Organised
- Commercially aware
- Committed to delivering a high standard of service
Advocacy experience and a willingness to contribute to business development would be advantageous.
