The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded specialist family law firm and establish a new office under its well-established brand. This entrepreneurial role offers the opportunity to build and lead your own local practice while benefiting from the support, infrastructure, and reputation of a successful national firm. You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including children work, financial remedy proceedings, and TOLATA matters through to the letter before claim stage, working with specialist colleagues where appropriate. Alongside delivering outstanding client care, you will play a key role in developing the office, growing a local client base, and leading the future expansion of the practice in your region.

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE and extensive experience handling a broad range of private family matters. You will possess strong technical expertise across children and financial remedy work, together with experience of TOLATA matters. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex matters independently, an excellent billing record, and a genuine enthusiasm for business development. You will be an ambitious, commercially-minded Lawyer with the leadership skills and drive to build a successful local team while delivering exceptional client care.
