Family Solicitor

PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: To c GBP 60,000 (DOE)

The Role

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Family Solicitor to join a leading law firm, offering the opportunity to manage a varied caseload whilst working alongside experienced practitioners. For the successful candidate, key responsibilities will include managing a diverse family law caseload comprising of matters such as financial settlements, children cases, injunctions, divorce and separation, protective orders and other family law disputes. In addition to this, you will be expected to engage in business development activities, generate fee income and maintain control of work in progress, billing and cash collection in line with agreed targets.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE, coupled with experience in both supporting and managing a wide range of family law matters. In addition to this, the successful candidate will demonstrate a highly organised and proactive approach to the law, show a commitment to delivering high standards of legal advice and client service and adopt a positive and professional approach to their work.
