Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) | Birmingham | Hybrid Working
An established and growing UK law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its expanding team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to work on high-quality private family matters within a supportive, collaborative environment that genuinely invests in career development.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, private children disputes, cohabitation issues, and domestic abuse cases.
- Provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients during sensitive and often complex matters.
- Draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients throughout proceedings where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years' PQE in Family Law.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
- Excellent communication, client care, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resolution membership or advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential.
