- Managing a family law caseload including divorce and financial arrangements on divorce
- Advising on pre and post nuptial agreements
- Handling arrangements relating to children
- Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
- Using the firm's Care Management System to progress matters
Requirements of the Family Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and family law experience
- Proven experience managing a varied family law caseload
- IT skills to operate a Care Management System
- An ability to deal with employment advice would be helpful
- Someone who enjoys client interaction and building relationships
- Excellent client care and communication skills
