Family Solicitor | Plymouth

Legal 500 recognised firm | Salary up to £50k

NQ–3 PQE

Are you a Family Lawyer looking to develop your career within a highly regarded and growing team? This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, people-led Devon law firm that combines high-quality legal work with a genuine commitment to its clients and people.

You’ll join an established Family Team with experienced Family Partners and senior lawyers, where you’ll be supported to develop your expertise, build strong client relationships and take ownership of your own matters.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload across a broad range of private family matters
  • Advising on divorce, financial remedy, children and cohabitation matters
  • Handling agreements, injunctions and urgent family applications
  • Drafting legal documentation and attending meetings, mediations and hearings
  • Building strong client relationships and providing excellent client care
  • Supporting networking, marketing and business development

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with NQ–3 PQE
  • Experience in private family law
  • Strong communication, drafting and organisational skills
  • Confident managing your own files and client relationships
  • Empathetic, proactive and committed to developing your career
