The Opportunity

The team are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (3 years PQE plus) to join our well-established Family department in a client-focused and dynamic role, based at our Attleborough and Norwich offices.

About the Team

The family team consists of experienced family law practitioners. The team undertakes a full range of privately funded family law services across the firm's seven office locations.

The Role

This role will see the successful candidate undertaking the following tasks:

  • Taking ownership of a broad caseload of family matters including financial remedy and private law children work, as well as matters relating to family cohabitation.
  • Working without supervision but as part of an experienced team.
  • Developing the caseload by working occasionally in other market town locations as well as remotely as part of a flexible working arrangement with a healthy work/life balance.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks and have a good attention to detail. They should be a team-player who can quickly gain the trust of their team and clients as well as our professional colleagues in this demanding area of legal work.   • 3 years or more PQE in family law
  • The ability to service a mixture of work types across the Attleborough and Norwich offices
  • In depth knowledge and demonstrative skills in family law
  • Confidence in managing files from instruction to conclusion
  • Values that show commitment to delivering excellent client care
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development
  • An appetite for developing their skills and seeking good career progression
