The Role
Join a leading law firm based in Yorkshire seeking to welcome an ambitious Family Solicitor to their specialist divorce and finance teams. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative working environment, handling a varied caseload advising clients throughout the divorce and separation process and dealing with associated financial matters, including child arrangements, cohabitation issues, prenuptial agreements and other financial interests. The role will involve providing clear and practical advice to clients, preparing and reviewing legal documentation and negotiating financial settlements.

The Candidate
This firm is welcoming applications from Solicitors boasting at least 2 years of post-qualification experience coupled with a background of dealing with family matters. In addition to this, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, strong organisational and case management abilities, and the confidence to manage a varied caseload effectively. You will be comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of client service. The firm is also seeking an ambitious individual who is keen to contribute to the continued growth of the family department through networking, relationship building and business development opportunities.
