Private Family Law Solicitor - (1-2 PQE) – Berkshire – Up to £50k + Benefits + Bonus
A leading boutique family law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor in Berkshire to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Family Law Solicitor to work within a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising on high-quality, privately funded matters.
With multiple offices across the UK, the firm has built a strong national presence whilst maintaining a boutique, client-focused approach. The team advises a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, professionals and business owners on complex and sensitive family matters including Ancillary Relief, Divorce and Private Children Act matters.
The Role:
- Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters
- Advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children work
- Supporting on complex and high-value cases
- Drafting court documents, applications and correspondence
- Representing clients at hearings and liaising with counsel
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activity
- Working collaboratively across a well-established team

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in family law
- Experience handling privately funded matters
- Strong technical knowledge of core family law disciplines
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Commercial and empathetic approach
- Motivated to progress within a specialist firm
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
