Senior Family Solicitor
A well-regarded Sussex law firm is looking to strengthen its established Family team with an experienced Family Solicitor.
This is a genuine opportunity for a Family lawyer looking for high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a clear route to progression. The level is flexible, with the potential to join as an Associate, Senior Associate, or Salaried Partner depending on experience.
You’ll work across a varied caseload including financial remedy, complex assets, children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements, with exposure to a strong HNW client base.

About You:
- 5+ years’ PQE in Family law
- Strong experience managing your own caseload
- Confident handling complex and sensitive matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Ambitious and interested in long-term progression towards Partnership
- Resolution or Collaborative Law experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
