Family Solicitor Opportunity
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our national family team in The Wirral.
About the Role
We are looking for a specialist Family lawyer with extensive experience of dealing with a varied caseload of:
- Divorce
- Matrimonial finances
- Private children work
- Cohabitation disputes
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising members of the team
- Providing a high level of client care
- Maintaining adherence to our national standards
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-keeping skills
- Ability to delegate work to other team members
- Handling sensitive matters under time pressures
- Attending new client meetings and providing realistic advice
- Setting expectations and managing negotiations
- Ensuring time recording and billing is managed to enable achievement of personal chargeable hours, billing, and cash collection targets
- Assistance with marketing opportunities to raise the team’s profile
