Family Associate – 5+ PQE

Remote - £70,000 - £80,000

Join a highly ranked family team handling complex, high-value and international private family matters.

We are working with a highly ranked Family team seeking an experienced Family Associate (5+ PQE) to join its established and highly regarded family team on a predominantly remote basis.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Lawyer with a strong background in UHNW financial remedies to join a leading firm and work on some of the most complex and sophisticated private family matters in the market.

The Role

You will work alongside leading family lawyers advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on complex financial disputes, often involving significant and sophisticated asset portfolios and international elements.

The team handles a broad range of high-value financial remedies work, including cases involving substantial business interests, trusts, investments, overseas assets and complex wealth structures.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in:

  • Complex and high-value matrimonial finance cases

  • High-profile and sensitive private client matters

The work is intellectually challenging and highly varied, offering genuine exposure to complex international private family work and the opportunity to develop within a market-leading practice.

About You

We are looking for a Family Associate with 5+ PQE who has strong experience in private family law, particularly high-value financial remedies work.

You will ideally have:

  • 5+ PQE in family law
  • Significant experience handling UHNW/HNW financial remedy matters
  • Experience dealing with complex assets, business interests, trusts and/or international wealth
  • Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
  • Confidence advising sophisticated private clients
  • Experience of international or cross-border family work
  • The ability to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commercially minded approach

The Opportunity

Salary: £70,000–£80,000, depending on experience.
