Our client is seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor to join their growing team in Hounslow, Greater London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level family solicitor to join an established and respected practice handling exclusively privately funded family matters. The role offers high-quality work, strong progression prospects, and the opportunity to play an important role in the continued development of the department.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client care and contributing to the strategic growth of the team. Senior-level or management experience would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters from instruction through to conclusion
- Advise clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse matters, and related family law issues
- Draft legal documents including applications, witness statements, consent orders, and settlement agreements
- Prepare matters for hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Deliver high-quality, practical, and empathetic legal advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
- Communicate complex legal matters clearly and professionally
- Support the continued growth and development of the family department
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior team members where appropriate
- Contribute to strategic planning, team development, and operational improvements
- Participate in networking and business development activities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships and professional contacts
- Help enhance the department’s reputation within the local market and beyond

Requirements / Skills / Experience

- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 3 years PQE within private family law
- Strong experience handling privately funded family matters independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
