Are you an ambitious Family Lawyer looking for high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and a clear route for career progression?

Our client is a highly respected regional law firm with an outstanding reputation across both Family and Private Client law. Known for its exceptional client service and collaborative culture, the firm continues to attract a strong pipeline of privately funded work and is now looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Legal Director to its thriving Hampshire team.

The Opportunity

You will advise on a broad range of private HNW family matters, with a particular emphasis on:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Complex financial remedy cases
  • Pre and post-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Private children matters as part of a wider family practice

The team enjoys a strong reputation in the market and regularly acts for business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and affluent individuals on complex and sensitive matters.

About You

We are keen to speak with Family Lawyers who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience handling privately funded family law matters
  • Proven expertise in divorce and financial remedy work
  • Experience advising high net worth clients
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • The ability to manage complex matters with confidence and autonomy
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
