Now they're looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their busy Tunbridge Wells team. The family department has had an influx of new work, making this a genuinely exciting time to join, you're not stepping into a quiet, steady practice. The Opportunity
You'll join a well-established, busy family team handling genuinely varied work:
- Manage a full family caseload: divorce, financial disputes, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and disputes, civil partnerships
- Work in a busy, energized team that's experiencing growth and new work
- Collaborate with experienced family lawyers in a supportive environment
- Build client relationships with genuine trust and understanding
- Contribute to team strategy and the practice's continued growth

The Work
You'll handle a diverse, meaningful family law caseload:
- Private family matters requiring empathy and strategic thinking
- Financial remedy work for couples navigating separation and divorce
- Nuptial and cohabitation agreements for forward-thinking clients
- Cohabitation disputes with genuine complexity and personal stakes
- Civil partnership matters with the same complexity as matrimonial work
This is family law where your work genuinely helps people navigate difficult life transitions. The caseload is substantial enough to keep you engaged without being overwhelming.
About You
- 5+ PQE as a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in family law
- Proven experience managing a diverse family caseload independently
- Excellent communication and team skills (genuinely essential, this team works collaboratively)
- Keen eye for career progression and business development
- Ready to join a growing firm and contribute to its success
- Based in or willing to work from Tunbridge Wells area
