Family Solicitor | 3-5 PQE | Guildford, Surrey
Picture yourself working on family law that matters. High-net-worth divorces, complex financial disputes and child arrangement matters where your advice genuinely shapes outcomes. You're supported by experienced lawyers who actually mentor, within a team recently named Family Law Firm of the Year. And you're based in Guildford, not commuting to London.
A highly regarded, award-winning legal practice is looking for a Family Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its Guildford team. The firm is recognised in both the Chambers High Net Worth Guide and Legal 500, with its Group Head also shortlisted for awards this year.
The Opportunity
You'll join an established family team handling sophisticated work, with the opportunity to:
- Manage your own caseload across a broad range of family matters
- Handle complex divorce and financial remedy matters
- Work on matrimonial arbitration, mediation and pre-nuptial agreements
- Advise on child arrangements and custody matters
- Work on wills and trusts disputes with family law angles
- Support Partners and Associates on complex matters
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Develop your expertise within a nationally recognised team

3-5 PQE Family Solicitor
- Experience across divorce, financial remedy and matrimonial matters
- Experience with child arrangements would be beneficial
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Good organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Genuine commitment to developing your technical expertise and career
