About The Role
A Family Solicitor is sought by eNL in Manchester, offering £40,000 to £60,000 yearly, depending on experience. This full-time post suits a legal professional with one year’s PQE or more, able to handle a varied caseload. Duties include advising clients on divorce, financial settlements, children’s arrangements, and wider family issues, while managing each case with care and clarity. Strong technical knowledge, plus prior exposure to international or complex work, would prove beneficial. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, excellent communication, and the capacity to run matters independently. This position provides a chance to join a specialist team within a growing practice.

The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of family matters, providing clear, practical, and sensitive advice to clients throughout their cases.
- You will have the opportunity to work across a range of family matters, with exposure to divorce, financial matters, children, and wider family law issues.
- Experience of international or complex family work would be advantageous.

The Candidate
- Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with at least 1 year’s PQE and experience managing their own caseload.
- You will have strong technical knowledge across a range of family matters, excellent client care skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with clients during often sensitive and complex circumstances.
- The successful candidate will be organised, commercially aware, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A genuine interest in developing within specialist family law, together with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, is essential.
