Shropshire Council’s Early Help Service is seeking to recruit an Early Help Family Worker to join the North locality. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a well-established and supportive team, delivering targeted early help to children, young people, and families across North Shropshire.

About the Role

The role will involve working directly with families in their homes and communities to provide practical, hands-on support. This includes role modelling positive parenting approaches and supporting with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, and time management. The aim is to empower families to build resilience, understand and respond to their children’s needs, and make sustainable changes.
