About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Family Support Worker to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in working with children, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes. If you have a passion for childcare and a drive to make a difference, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with children, families, and professionals to develop tailored support plans.
- Engaging with families to provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of your work.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Delivering structured interventions and support to families in need.

Requirements
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- Experience working with children and families, ideally in a social care setting.
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection issues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
